Webiner on Mental Health held on 23.7.2020

After the outbreak of Coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2), the Government of India imposed stringent quarantine policies on the citizens. The operations of all schools, colleges, informal educational institutions as well as formal work places stood suspended indefinitely. The uncertainty and anxiety associated with a global pandemic as massive as this one, has had negative repercussions on the young and adult alike. But, the one category which has been impacted the worst has been children, used to their frills and fancies and their daily lifestyle.
This webinar tried to address the mental health issues faced by the children and adults during the lockdown and will highlight the importance of creative activities as coping mechanisms for anxiety & overall good mental health. It gave the audience an opportunity to interact with the eminent and diverse panel which includes:

2. Dr. Megha Dhillon - Assistant Professor of Psychology, Lady Shri Ram College for Women
3. Ms. Heena Akhtar – School Counselor, Delhi Public School, Noida
