The  webinar aimed  to educate and aware people on- Gender Discrimination ( Negligence of Girl child) in all structures of the society, Suggestive measures and thoughts for addressing gender Discrimination and Gender in Life cycle approach ( Ideas, Customs and Rituals related to every stage of women’s life)

In recent decades, India has made substantial progress to improve child nutrition, immunisation rates and education enrolment rates, as well as to achieve broad economic growth. Yet, gender disparities persist against a backdrop of rapid economic growth. Gender sensitization typically means a process where all genders are taught to respect everyone irrespective of gender differences. However, the stereotype and bias around gender roles and rights have existed in our society and have been deep-rooted within our cultural institutions and the way we behave as a collective. Participants joining through Zoom were encouraged to share their thoughts and discuss their problems also for the benefit of others.
